Freeman Employment Solutions, INC., is co-founded and co-owned by a husband and wife team, Tracey & Keith Millbrook, Sr.  They are both native Memphians with more than 20 years of Human Resource Management experience.  As Native Memphians, they have rigorous and humble beginnings. They overcame many socio-economical barriers by first finding employment through Staffing Agencies. Today the couple has made several accomplishments that changed the course of their lives and others too.  In 1998 they received their GEDs; afterwards they went on to further their education by matriculating Bachelor’s degrees at LeMoyne-Owen College by 2005, and in 2009 the couple obtained Master Degrees in Public Administration from Strayer University.  2016 they became graduates of Leadership Memphis Grassroots Program. They are also certified Non-Pro-fit Professionals and the co-founders of a 10 year Organization referred to as We Are Family Community Development Corporation.   The Millbrook's have awesome experiences in both the non-profit and for-profit sectors.

TRACEY MILLBROOK
​Tracey has worked at LeMoyne-Owen College, over saw projects funded by TN Highway Traffic Safety Administration, CoverKids, and Meharry Medical College.  She also served as the Youth Services Director for Memphis Housing Authority assisting young adults to become employable. Each position she has been responsible for hiring and managing staff.

KEITH MILLBROOK, SR.
Keith served as LeMoyne-College CDC Center Director, Accountant, and Grant Manager. He currently serves as the Executive Director for Barron Heights Community Development Corporation that highlights a transitional housing facility for homeless veterans.  Part of his role requires him to hire and supervise staff in training qualified US Veterans for employment and placing them on jobs.  
 Tracey and Keith's goal with Freeman Employment Solutions, INC., is to provide an Employment Mentoring Hub for employees with needed support, training, mentoring, and social services that will allow them to reach their short and long-term employment goals as well as to provide quality Staffing & Recruitment services to employers with their employment needs with less hassle.
